Thanks for organizing all this. I probably wouldn't have ended up crunching for WCG if it weren't for your daily UF posts. ;) (heck, I may never have come back to BOINC at all, which I'd discontinued because it wasn't really happy on my old mac and it was using up too much of my PC laptop while I needed it for school...) |

Glad to hear it. I know a few of the supercrunchers keep a close eye on the stats, but it's good to see the quieter majority are checking in too.
But let's face it: the WCG mission makes it an easy sell, not like the more hypothetical projects out there. Sure, I hunted aliens for a while - but it lacks that emotional satisfaction. My $0.02 - adjusted for inflation. |

I do have that song, and Tom Lehrer is an old favorite of mine. And I agree, it is eerily appropriate. |
