I suppose that someone with the authority to do that will be along soon to help.. I just wanted to say though that you do not need to have the account deleted in order to switch to BOINC ... and not lose your name. See instructions here . This has the added value of not losing any points and is not much more complicated (just the bit about deleting the UD Agent).
