I've allowed all of the files that is mentioned in the help section to make connections thru my firewall, and it still can't connect to the server. Is the/a server down?

Hello Nicolas Blaine,
If you are still unable to connect, what antivirus, antispyware, firewall are you using? Are you connecting through a proxy server?  Do you get the server problem fixed ? I'm having the same problem. I'm using Norton System Works 6000 and did not see it the list of program that cause the server problems. Any suggestions ? |
