I am trying to install World Community Grid (again). It gives me an error message: 'There is a copy of the World Community Grid Agent currently running on your computer right now. You must manually exit it first before attempting this operation again.' My question is: What is the process name so I can exit it in the Task Manager, or what else can I do? I suspect that you are just missing the World Community Grid agent icon in your system tray and probably need not do another install of the software. Take a look at my post in the FAQ's here. I will e-mail this to the address you provided. If this does not resolve your problem, please open a new thread in the "Windows Agent Support" forum for the problem as it will be seen by those of us that try to provide support to the membership. I have the same error message with Brunkel. Can you email me (hasan@my.ibm.com) the steps to overcome the problem?
