I have 5 devices setup with agents, it seems only 2 of them are display stats and/or contributing to my total, and therefore my teams total.
The 2 'working' devices have stats but the remaining 3 show zero for all stats though it shows progression of task execution. Why would this be? |

Hello Matthew Wright,
I suppose the first place to look is 'My Grid' - Device Manager - Device Statistics. Then click on each device to see what it says about results returned and most recent result returned time. From what you posted, I assume that each of the 5 computers shows a progress bar that slowly moves to 100%, then starts on another work unit. What does Device Statistics on the server show? mycrofth |
