I've been looking through the forums and I can't find anyone who's having the same problem as I'm having.
I'm running the Grid agent on one of my home pc's and on my laptop. I installed them both on the same day and since then I've returned 4 or 5 results on my laptop and I'm almost done the second on my home pc. my problem is that they seem to be independant of each other. They're not counting each other's results/points and only my laptop appears in my profile on the website. I also can't log into my account from my home pc. I just get a page not found error. Both are downloading and returning the results, but it just seems that my desktop doesn't seem to be part of the project. What should I do? or should I just leave it alone and let it work? -Greg |

are you sure you entered both machines with the exact same id?
i would figure your results are being used if you are receiving and returning. |

According to your statistics, you only have one device that is registered against your username.
I would check your desktop machine to see if there is a slight variation somewhere in your username. You can also get the Device ID (click on the tick icon) and then use the contact us mechanism (link here). Give the device id and as much other information and the technical staff will have a look at the database and try to work things out with you. |

I've checked and through some playing I found that I had 3 devices in my device manager. 1 being my laptop, 1 my home pc, and 1 another home pc that kept crashing when running the program so I uninstalled it off that one. Unfortunatly even though all the profiles seem to be active, still only one shows under my profile. Also, the home pc one doesn't show any results returned even though the program is showing me a score of 290. I've checked both versions and I've sent the information to tech support and lets hope it gets fixed. Thanks.
