BOINC Cross-Project Id (CPID) is different

Greetings,

I noticed that my BOINC Cross-Project Id is different than I have in other BOINC-driven projects (which are all equal ... and should be). Why I wonder?
I have the same e-mail address ... and name, and country if that matters...

I noticed that thread, but somehow missed 'the need' to attach to another project in order to sync that CPID.
