Re: Graphics

Hi grs,

Hang in there, there's been a few issues with the graphics. So it's an active topic. Can you post some details of your system: Manufacturer, operating system (Windows version), etc...? There could be other software running on your machine that might affect it too. You might read through this thread:

I've not been bothering to look at the graphics because of a similar deal, so I just let it run and get it's work done.

Re: Graphics

Interesting to find out if this error pops up on its own or when the user tries to access the graphical representation on the client.

Re: Graphics

Yo grs!

Did you catch VIAO GRX616's line there about events leading up to the crash? i.e. ...as soon as you activate the client, or only when you click on the graphics (Application) button? That would be helpful too - but hold on there...

Well, that's one thing in common, AMD chips, but my troubles are in Windows 2000, on ATI video.

I took screen shots (Ctrl+PrntScrn) with everything I could fit on there, and sent them to the support email address, got a request for md5 checksums, environment vars, etc. this morning and sent all that in...

If you're having trouble getting XP SP2 on the machine, there may be more to it than meets the eye...

We'll see!

Thanks!

Re: Graphics

Hi

It only seems to crash when the graphics representation is running (after 5 mins of being well behaved!!)

thanks for the interest...
