BOINC 5.2.10 is now the next release of BOINC it fixes the errors some new and old users have been experiecing trying to connect to the servers, no need to upgrade unless you have problems connecting to the servers due to proxy issues that BOINC likes to throw up.

5.2.11 is now out, most users are now able to connect to the server

# Prompt to retry the connection if a connection failed event occurs. # Treat various forms of the local computer name as a local machine instead of a remote machine. This is a constantly updated software package. Please do not update on each small change unless you need the fix. If your system works, forget about it or you will be updating several times a week. mycrofth for anyone wanting to manually view your graphic you should upgrade to 5.2.12 as a bug is fixed which makes this run properly, the main changes were down as the servers over at SETI are getting busier with classic soon to close, and BOINC gets intself confused on the earlier versions when trying to connect |
