I am trying to edit the details of my team to add an appropriate description but keep getting a error 403 access denied I had similar problems when attempting to respond to a post and these observations may be appropriate:1. when I was attempting to add text modifiers (italic, bold & etc.) I got that error. Suggest PREVIEW the work before adding modifiers. 2. when logging on again in a new window, sometimes get that problem. I use the technique of right clicking on the menu item I wish to activate and either open in a new window or tab evades that problem for me. 3. suggest you provide additional information if my notes don't help This seems to be an additional and unwanted side effect that is still being debugged of the reconfigured backend processing. The tech team is expected back to work tomorrow as they are not scheduled on weekends and holidays due to budget constraints[?]. |

How to reproduce the issue:
----------------------------------------My Contribution > Team Edit -make change- (I just tried it changing a word to all caps and the problem remains, no special characters) Save Response: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Apache/2.4.58 (Ubuntu) Server at www.worldcommunitygrid.org Port 443 I don't know if it's connected but the changes I made to my Project settings (added projects to get work) have not been sent to my client and neither has my current team name. I am also receiving that same response when I try to reply Currently being moderated under false pretences |
