Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

Wondering if validation requires wingmen, many of whom have gone on to other projects and/or abandoned this one.

That's not the issue... The large batch went out on the 21st...
It appears the stress test went well from my perspective. I had a steady flow of work while it was available. Validators and stats are still outstanding. Much progress has been made, but there's still some work to do.

Thanks for the update Dylan. Let's hope you can get the validation going.
Will there be any more test, or normal batches released today, or in the near time? It's a total drought now, since 2025-10-23 19:32:13 UTC, when I got my last task.

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

that is the plan - will release a fast-running test batch as soon as I see some evidence locally this is going to work, then try to point the offset of the reducers to earlier this week and see if they can handle the backlog, if that goes well I can finally schedule MCM1 batches instead of releasing them manually for testing.

Thank you Dylan. Let's hope the solution works, and that the validation rate starts to increase.

Re: WCG migration to a new environment finally complete

Thanks Dylan for an update just before the weekend.
Was already wondering why my main computer showed WUs stuck in uploading.
Also hope that this is only the throughput issue as you mentioned, two of the four possible outcomes of WUs returned so far look at a first glance more like a procedural issue, but let's see what you come up with comes Monday...
