Same on my Linux hosts. The CPU is busy at 97% though. So I will keep them running. Maybe the progress indicator doesn't work.

I received 86 beta WUs from batch BETA_BETA30_98 for 2 Linux machines and 2 Windows laptops.
11 WUs (all Linux) finished in about 9 minutes on a R9 7950X. All others seem to be stuck at 0.5% progress after more than 90 minutes. However, the system monitor shows that computations are still running on these WUs.
I'll look at this for another 2 hours before I throw these WUs out. Looks like there will have to be another round of beta.

I finally got one Beta on my Windows 8.1 computer.
BETA_BETA30_9800009_0763

Running very slow, at least from the start. 1% in 15 minutes. It's not the fastest CPU though, an old i7-3630QM. It's crunching MCM tasks in around 2 hours and 20 minutes though.

We'll see if this Betta task picks up speed, or if it will continue to crunch this slow.

After about 4 hours and still 0,5% progress, estimated time stood at over 30 days. Then I aborted some Beta, wich did not have started yet and I halted my ARPs.
Then I made a reboot.
Result: All Betas started again at zero time, with progress 0,5% and estimated time about 1 hour 35 minutes...
That's riduclous. So now I halted some Betas and run only 5 of them, just to watch what will happen.

Yes stuff is ... When i first got some betas.. it was like 6-7 it was running slowly but ok ... Then it downloaded another betas to use me all cores ... And then it come to halt .. to everyones ... Tried to stop the new ones. these which were in some percentage done.. Still not moving

No, I run them on Windows 8.1 too, and they behave as badly as on other Windows systems. I don't know how they run on Linux though....

Just the same, many with 0.5% complete and tens of days remaining.

They were going through in 20 minutes but the later ones are very slow.
