The streaks work the way knreed has explained. There were no recent adjustments to the mechanism, other than extending the streaks during extended downtime on several occasions.

Many thanks for taking the time to clarify the position relating to streaks. May I make a suggestion? I think it would be helpful if you were to change your Forum description from “Cruncher” to “WCG Tech” (or something similar). That would make it clear that your posts are more authoritative than, e.g., mine.  Cheers, Mark |

The streaks work the way knreed has explained. There were no recent adjustments to the mechanism, other than extending the streaks during extended downtime on several occasions. I tested what Kevin Reed explained three years ago:I returned my last result on the 23rd and no one on the 24th and 25th, but last both days several tasks with the pending validation status were validated. My current streak went two days ago from 85 to 0, so time to crunch tasks again. I'm eagerly waiting for ARP's  Edit: After some tasks delivered and all still in PV, the streak went to 1.
