Trying to add a new build to WCG. It shows up in the Projects List, but when WCG issues a request for new tasks, it gets the error message shown above. No tasks are downloaded. Any clues about how to resolve this?

Does the host name include "odd" chars, some may confuse/break code.

It's all alpha characters. I even changed the host name but that made no difference. Still get the same error message.

I have exactly the same issue, PC name is simple as ABC1234

Same issue here with a device named by Windows.
