Never populates. Device list does however. Anybody else the same? Chrome 100. Nor Edge, which is also Chromium. Um ok Firefox v121 64-bit. Nope.
If everyone else says yes, what is device limit per profile? I have about 224. |

If everyone else says yes, what is device limit per profile? I have about 224. On the results page click on the little icon that looks like a funnel and you will be able specify some parameters for your query. The default mode should load all your devices all your work units which have not been purged. What message do you get ? Cheers

The results page has taken much longer to load for me than normal, but it still eventually loads. I have a feeling this is due to the purging process being unavailable for a couple of months with the amount of results in their database ballooning to huge levels. Cheers

I wanted to jump in and report that results also do not load for me.
It appears that at some point the website started to function poorly, especially for users with lots of results. In the past, the results would only load 25 at a time. Now it appears that all the current results are downloaded which can take over a minute or sometimes go on forever. Is there any plan to address this issue? Thank you in advance! |

I wanted to jump in and report that results also do not load for me. adict2jane,There is a problem at the moment with assimilation and deletion of results for MCM1. This seems to be causing the issues with the results page not loading. There are some useful posts on the forums about this. See, for example, thread 46180 and alanb1951's and adriverhoef's posts in thread 46362. In the past, the results would only load 25 at a time. Now it appears that all the current results are downloaded which can take over a minute or sometimes go on forever. I'm no expert, but I think that in the past all the results were in fact downloaded in one go. It's just that you would only see 25 initially because the default view is for 25 results. The problem now is more to do with the huge backlog of results and the impact this has on the database's ability to cope with results queries.Cheers, Mark |

The more results you have (backlogged) the longer it will take to load, or it might not load at all- which is where we are at as well (at least I think...). I have left the results tab open all day and will usually come back to nothing loaded.
