2023-09-14 Update (Website database server issue resolved)

Forums and user login were unavailable from September 12th until September 14th as the data center was resolving an issue with the website database server. On September 12th, we were informed that a 30 minute downtime would be required for emergency maintenance of the cloud. Afterwards, additional issues presented and the webserver was unable to communicate with the website database server. The issue has now been resolved, and forums and user login are available again. We are now in a position to stand up a second instance of the website database to provide some redundancy in case of similar circumstances in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There IS a NEWS section on the website... that'd be a good place for news instead of buried among 15 outdated update topics... (that's a hint too)

Has the second instance of the website database been spun up? Hopefully if/when that happens we'll have higher availability?
