My oh my. Is Dave Bell the only US of A'er around here? But hey, I meant no offense to the Europeans, love ya guys and your crunchers. Well mainly your crunchers
. And your Monty Pythons and whatnot.I love British humor. Oh and the whole peeling skin thing? I got 2nd degree sunburns on my back this summer for falling asleep on my stomach in the middle of the day at the beach. I peeled for two weeks straight, but I couldn't stand to wear a shirt. I gotta go check on that Tech/FSU game. Happy Holidays all, I know it's a bit early but I'm trying to change my "Bah-Humbug" mood around. -Madness |

no, dave isn't the only usa'r out there. there are quite a few of us (as you can see from the flags flying at the mot homepage).
----------------------------------------btw, i really like looking at the flags on our page and seeing that we are part of something truly special. in a world that seems to be all about division and "i'm better than you," it is a great blessing to be part of a group that doesn't see the differences we bring, but the similarity of our mission. and while i hail from the good ole us of a, whenever i think of the west coast, i think of Kunsan (Republic of Korea). i spent a lifetime there one year. ![]() In Memory of Dave Bell |

My little old P3 is crunching away in the back on a huge work unit. It is at 47% after 49 and a half hours! It won't hit the stats for another 3 days at that rate! Well, the old P3 is still crunching away. We are up to 62 and a half hours now and the progress is 57%. My guess is that it will finish sometime Tuesday morning (mid-day GMT). This will set a new record for points for one work unit for that system. The highest previously was about 1250 points for a 3 day, 18 hour work unit. This ought to come in close to 1500 points! Not bad for an old 800 MHz Pentium 3! |

The 25k banners - are they points for the whole grid? Or for the team?
----------------------------------------I'm about to go through the 25k barrier, with a unit that has been going for almost 24hours! |
