Sorry team It's just that it leaves me down in the mouth when we loose a team member so quickly Hi David, Nothing personal...it was nothing you said :) I was just trying to figure out how to support both your team and a team I created about a year ago. I was hoping I could share my computing time between the two groups. Unfortunatly, I can be in only one team at a time - and when I switch, all the previous points accumulated also goes away. Sorry, but if I have to chose between the two teams, I have to stick with my older one. You do have a great team though. Best of luck! Take Care, Chris |

Hi Chris (conservebirdhabitat.com)
I was just trying to figure out how to support both your team and a team I created about a year ago. I was hoping I could share my computing time between the two groups. Unfortunatly, I can be in only one team at a time - and when I switch, all the previous points accumulated also goes away. 1) The points you donate to any team (points you earn while being a member of that team) always stay in that team -- nothing ever gets lost! 2) If you don't want to switch but still share points between two teams: make a second username and register some machines with name1 and some with name2 -- name1 will be a member of team1 and name2 a member of team2. Chosing method 2 will of course share your points between those two names as well so your overall statistics don't look as fine as you deserve. Chosing method 1 (switch say, every month) should do what you want, donate points to both teams (help both) and collect all points under one name. MOT says "Thank you" for each and every single point donated to our little BIG team! I guess David can make sure (unless it already works) that your team statistics on the MOT page will recognize you every time you "spend a season with us". We never had a migrant (bird) yet, coming over season after season, did we?? Best, Stefan. |

Sorry for the lousy bird puns I must have got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning. Another interview today no disaster on the way so it didn't go as well as I would have liked.
----------------------------------------Looking promising for the "chocolate milk fiasco" Interview just waiting for references. Thanks Chris for getting back to us. Your points while on the team will stay with the team (Although if you retire the team ranking list is a bit harsh but fair in instantly removing you) and if you return to a team you visited previously with the same user name you will be able to pick up from where you left off. I'll plunk you back in the database and we'll keep the nest warm for your return. Sorry I couldn't resist it Thanks for the email spikey_richard I'll update your details. Pics are good the more the merrier Hi to Vuj I have your email sorry for the delay in updating your details. Adelaide should be a tad warmer than Lincoln UK at the moment. After doing my accounts tomorrow - the joy of contracting - I'll get on updating the website. The only way to survive this mad mad world is to exercise that sense of humour So here's to happy crunching, in 25 days time it will be Christmas Dave ![]() |

Chris you are back in the database
----------------------------------------Your nice graph will go all pear shaped this evening as my data collecting dodar won't be able to find you in the rankings and so it places the next team members data into your points list. One day I'll read the book and find out how to really make it work. In the meantime that's as good as it gets I do try Dave ![]() |

Dave -
----------------------------------------No worries about the puns....I tend to be a punny guy too - so no fowl was preceived Well, you all sure know how to make a guy feel important - I think I will stay with you folks. Sorry, sometimes I tend to be a bit of a bird brain (take after my bird friends!) and am a bit flighty at times..... But I have come home to roost now :) See, you should have never gotten me started on that pun stuff Take Care, Chris |
