Hi everyone,

Thanks again for providing the details of this issue. I just posted an update as the tech team has fixed this issue for the time being.

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

I'm getting WUs and all is well.

The stuck resends have been reported and Tigerlily has passed the info on to the tech team. I wanted to put a link here to my stuck one.

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

prepare your backup projects. I'm predicting issues this weekend.

SCC is having problems with the queue. It is sending out mainly resends, which is good as some of us have WUs stuck in "waiting to be sent" limbo, but it also means the volume of WUs is going down, and resends only go to the machine type of previous sends, so it usually means Windows machines feel the drought first.

How are MCMs?? The volume of MCM looks lower than usual?? is everyone getting all the WUs they want??

No. I increased my cache from 0.21 to 1.0 days and got only 8 MCM tasks for 20 cores completing a task in 2 hours.

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

I commend you on your unwavering optimism, but how did that 1 day cache work out for you during several recent outages? I donĀ“t think it will work any better this time...

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

I only increased it to one day to see if there were plenty of MCM tasks. I like to run 0.21 because I am eternally optimistic that we will someday have OPNG tasks.

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

My re-sends dried up some time ago.

They haven't just been sent to the same OS type. For instance my Windows machine received a server aborted unit which had previously been with an Android machine. I presume that was because it was a singleton so the abort removed its allocation to Android.

Re: Daily WorkUnit Flow Information

More like a normal weekend after a good one last weekend.
