They are, allegedly.... Well, they are "investigating"...https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg...ead,45483_offset,0#688580 The problem with the stats seem to have started a couple/few hours before the last unplanned outage. So far, as the sources for the unplanned outage goes, we were fed something that was rather a large fish tail instead of something that makes technical sense. There have been problems with the external stats, but commonly, this was just a matter of kicking the process(es) that created the necessary XML files. This time, it seems that something more serious is broken, but then this is now more than 2 weeks gone by and it took more than one week after this started up again to even acknowledge this. Doesn't bode well that there will be any solution anytime soon... Ralf |
