I'll get booted for this comment, I like the # 20 car - current champion, and best driver on cup circuit. I also like F1, fastest, most technically superior cars in the world. A big plus is that they will race in almost any weather. I live about 30 mins from the Indy 500 track, so I get to see them every year, along with the Nascar races.....  Rick Oh BTW.... how ya doin BBT My sister is obsessed with #20. Gee you wouldn't believe it. I think he is a bit of an arse.  Dale Jr is my fav and don't really care anything about the rest. His dad was my fav till he passed. :( Wish I lived that close to the track.  |

Dale senior was my fav, unitl he passed. I like Lil E, but to me Tony still has the old timers attitude - kick the tire and lets go racing.
If ya ever want to the track, head up this way and bring the faimily I got the room, and would like to have ya'll visit. The F1 crowd is intresting people watching, not to mention the cars are very kewl. Rick |

Thanks for the offer Rick. I've been in the area and it seems a nice place. Just didn't get to do any fun stuff when I was there.
I'm going to have to look into this F1 stuff. Sounds pretty cool.  |

Rick, Your lucky to live so close to the track. I bet the atmosphere is fantastic at the race!
Now F1 is where its at! Any car that needs 12 people just to start it has to be good!!  Did you guys see much of the A1 GP? It was nowhere near as good as i thought it would be.....  Anyway, time to go back to work..... See ya soon. |

For the best street party - It's the Indy 500 - hands down, the tradation goes back a long way with that one, even though it's calmed down in recent years. The most laid back party is for the Brickyard, still a great time, just not as crazy. The US F1 is the best for people watching, and has a great international flair, but after last years fiasco it'll be interesting to what happens this year Rick |

Rick is that the one when the drivers refused or weren't allowed to drive. I don't remember the reason or where it was.

The cars with Michelin tires all refused to race.- only the Bridgestone clad cars participated. The Michelin tires were not holding up to the speed and resulting heat generated in the final turn before the grandstand and were blowing. It was a fiasco and the fans got ripped off. This year will be interesting.
