My work units have reported now also.
There seems to be a lot of posts thanking the team for the work they've done. Fine, I agree, they got it back up and running. I feel a lot of people have lost sight of the fact that we are doing their work......... |

I'm getting a few OPN1 tasks from time to time. A couple of hours in between them though, but it's much better than not even being able to contact the BOINC server.
 The WCG team have had a nightmare since March 1(2 depending on TZ), so this state that the system is in now, is of course 1000% better. |

"We have until the end of 2023 to pay for the new storage - and these funds will help us achieve it, although we will need CAD 57 thousand." To me "WE" says the WCG section and not UHN. So they now have the hardware but have to pay for it by Dec 31 2023. (or what?)I'm wondering if UHN really values the WCG section. That 57K CAD (43k USD, 39k EUR) sounds like a lot for us mortals but that kind of money must be like a drop in the bucket for an organisation like UHN. It's not a mom and pop shop. Not exactly IBM though. Seems to me that depending on donations to get hardware to continue the project says it is undervalued by UHN. (undervalued != Highest Priority) UHN must be getting some good from it. Maybe I'm wrong so let's ask the docter if UHN has coughed up some $ for WCG to keep it going. Tell us UHN values this project. There's an army out there just waiting. |

I got excited when I got one MCM resend last night. I've cleared and stopped all backup project work, and I'm eager and ready to get more WUs.

The Stat's page have not updated with current time stamps in the last 32 days. It should run on a cron daily
