Sharing WCG BOINC WUs between Windows and Linux ?

I know that for the time being, BOINC is supporting WCG only under Linux. But when BOINC is supporting WCG under Windows too, I'd like to have a single set of WUs runnable on both OS (therefore on my FAT32 partition, which both can read and write safely), instead of having one for Windows (currently 5 instances through UDMon, on a NTFS partition) and another one for Linux (BOINC on a FAT32 or ext3fs partition, depending on where I install it). Does the BOINC software have a problem with this ?
