New projects/beta testing

I would assume that new work is going to be beta tested?
Anyway, if so, may I offer my services as one of your beta testers for new work under windows.

Leave it to the gurus to test it under Linux smile

Re: New projects/beta testing

Thank you both. I have not seen any indication that the team at the World Community Grid is soliciting additional testers at this time, however this forum is pretty closely watched by them, so, if they are, I am sure you will be contacted.

Re: New projects/beta testing

Side request to this topic about the new project...

are the techs going to make the work units (on average at least) the same 10 hour approx. each?

I believe this would be very useful so that the project does not loose rigs due to timeouts when the new porject is implemented.

Re: New projects/beta testing

We don't require any testers on the HIV/Aids project that we are launching on November 21st. However, we are looking into that for 2006. Thanks for asking.

He has posted that on more than one thread, I would presume that it is.
