Cancer

With the mess that is grid/ud and the unfortunate cessation of the FaD project next month........if you have a cancer project ready to implement......you will never have a better time to do so than NOW!!!

Many people are looking for a feasible cancer project to run.......and with the demise of FaD there is going to be a vacuum.

Many many people have lost faith with grid/UD......

If you ever wanted the opportunity for WCG to take off in a BIG way and branch out into further fields of research...........NOW is the time.

A reliable cancer project here, right now........could see the WCG volunteer base almost double over the coming months.

WCG........here is your opprtunity.........seize it

The Linux client will be well supported if you implement a cancer project.

P.S.......Many people at other forums seem to associate WCG 100% with grid/UD........I would suggest a knowledgable WCG admin writes a post in said forums clarifying the position of WCG.

Many people were burned by UD and they feel (wrongly in my view) that the WCG is the same.

Re: Cancer

We have more than one cancer project in evaluation and hopefully will be able to launch sometime next year for both Windows and Linux.
