For Oct. 2nd exactly 1 returned result is shown, while I had definitely crunched a few hundred on 4 machines. Similar to what erich56 said, we can also see that large amounts of stats are missing from our account (contribution, history, etc). It seems to us that the stats are only showing results from devices currently listed in our account eg Devices/ViewAll. Unfortunately there are multiple devices missing and hence their stats have not been included. Our stats are showing runtimes of 20 days per day, when in fact this should be closer to 1 year runtime (per day). And in terms of downloads, all the problems are back. Indeed, we are now having to abort (GPU) tasks that have not been downloaded because they are now hitting their deadline (4th).  [Edit 4 times, last edit by ncoded.com at Oct 4, 2022 12:37:35 PM] |

So, after the website again was down for a day, it' up now, and I took a look on the "History" section of "My Contribution". This was one of the main things in the recent eMail we all received.
----------------------------------------However, the History site no longer seems to work: last entry is from Oct. 4, and this entry is incomplete. So, after the website again was down for a day, it' up now, and I took a look on the "History" section of "My Contribution". This was one of the main things in the recent eMail we all received. My guess is as the site (and associated infrastructure) was just bought back up, it will take until after the eveing stats run for any changes to show up. And hopefully including the data that DID get returned while the site was down for 4 days and hopefully hasn't gotten purged yet. Even when when they say they are going to restore the data retro actively between June (when test WUs started to be send out again) and 9/29, when it SEEMED they are back on track for current WUs, doing this partially for those days that the site was down will just create more of a mess...However, the History site no longer seems to work: last entry is from Oct. 4, and this entry is incomplete. The "History" page which is up since last week shows wrong figures: for Oct. 4th, it shows 24 "results returned". There's plenty more stats problems for the Oct 4th, and other dates too. On my history page for the 4th, it says that I had 80 results returned. Taking into consideration that WCG counts in UTC time, that's about right. However, looking at my "Team statistics history", it says my entire team only had 28 results returned for the 4th.In fact, I sent back several hundred BOINC (the BOINC part of WCG) keeps the BOINC credit right though. As of now, BOINC says that I have 17,111,307 BOINC credits at WCG. Taking that number x7 to make it into WCG points, makes it 119,779,149 WCG points. However my Overview page here at WCG, shows that I only have "97,880,129 WCG points earned" The difference is of course the tasks I've crunched during the test period here, since the test restart of the project with Krembil, and those results are not counted and visible yet. So, I do not trust the results statistics at all for the moment, and I seriously doubt that they will be able to backfill the result lists, from the date when the test period at Krembil begun. If they're not able to do that, at least they must synchronize the current BOINC credits people have at WCG, with the WCG points. [Edit 8 times, last edit by Grumpy Swede at Oct 6, 2022 3:51:39 PM] |
