Post the move to the new system, I have finally started getting new tasks starting 21st Aug. When I look at my dashboard (https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview) I don't see any results submitted in the past 90 days. However, when I go to the Results (https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/results) page I do see the contributions listed there. I thought that it was a data sync delay so waited for a few days but still no go.
Is there anything I need to do to start the contributions section updates? - Suramya |

Nothing to be done on your end; the Krembil folks are aware of the issue and are working on it.

The server is already struggling just to send out work units. On almost every other WU I see BOINC needs to retry several times to download the WU. That would probably need to be a higher priority before being able to spend CPU cycles to compute user stats.

That would probably need to be a higher priority before being able to spend CPU cycles to compute user stats. Two different issues, on (at least) two different servers. And the stats issue should be handled by someone else as "that data center networking guy on summer break"... Ralf |

how much PTO does that guy have? it's been 3 weeks. Humorous, but valid point. It also brings up the issue of redundancy and single points of failure issues. Any enterprise which is relying on a single individual for any task(s) is courting disaster. There is value in cross training staff in order to deal with situations such as this. If you have a single individual responsible for necessary functions and they get hit by a bus, have a heart attack, or are other wise "put on the disabled list" for any length of time, this would put a serious crimp in the functioning of the enterprise. Cheers

how much PTO does that guy have? it's been 3 weeks. It's a university data center. They have at least two months or so off during somer break... Not that this helps us/WCG... Ralf |

Cheers But what bugs me, and should be pretty obvious, is that we are dealing with multiple issues, in various areas, and there is a rather weird sequential way of working down the stack of problems. Mind you, that in two weeks, we have the first year anniversary of the (announcement) of the move, and most of that time seems to have been used less than optimal looking at the current state of affairs...
