**WCG is still in a testing phase. Do not expect to get any WUs.**

They will send out official notification (email, twitter, facebook) when they are all fixed and at full speed. Check your communication settings.
A small amount of WUs appear to be released daily at 12:30UTC (rumor)

Some reporting download issues (transient HTTP error)- whatever is causing this issue will have to be solved before scaling up.

Stats Issues - Stats on and off the website are not fully functional right now. It is hard to say if this is an issue to be fixed, or just in a holding mode until everything else is fixed so they can turn it back on and have the streaks preserved.

URL error - restart Boinc and see if this goes away (first step is always “have you tried turning it off and on again?) Still have an issue? Disconnect from the project and reconnect to WCG. This issue is now mainly happening to those not connecting directly to WCG, but via an account manager. Connect directly to WCG and not through a manager.

Status Page - WCG does not have a status page like many Boinc projects do. It has been requested and responded to, but getting the project up is a higher priority right now.

I’m getting WUs I don’t want - check your device profile and make sure the settings are what you believe them to be.

This is unofficial guesses I’ve gathered from other forum people who have been so kind to share their experiences. If you have anything to add, post here, and I’ll put it in the next unofficial update (every couple of days?? - as I think a dated post will be fresh and grab attention).

Stay positive. Stay supportive. It is alright to find a backup project if testing is too stressful they will let you know when it is back. A “I’m leaving” post is not needed
