I'm curious how or if Google's AlphaFold will impact WCG or other folding projects/platforms. It could mean that WCG will be more efficient by allowing the work to be more focused, and also seems like it might be the beginning of the end of WCG, but I certainly hope not. Thoughts?

I don't know this project's response, but Folding@home had a response about 20 months ago (before AlphaFold's most recent sucess). PROTEIN FOLDING AND RELATED PROBLEMS REMAI...E ALPHAFOLD’S ADVANCE
