Sometimes, unused fields in package software contain rubbish which has built up and then comes to light when a new user takes over. This happened a lot when Santander took over Abbey National in UK. Always expect the unexpected! So true, Mike! As someone who worked for a number of banks, including in UK, your comment brought up a few memories. You can systems test as designed and all the use-cases but testing for the unexpected, rubbish data in fields and end-user finger trouble is way more difficult! Glad I am retired now. ![]() I wish more of the WCG community would give Krembil a break. I suspect the tech team has been through Hell trying to pick this up from IBM and learn as they go. OK, a bit of work incoming. Now we need a working synchronization between the website profiles page and the BOINC manager.

As having done work with websphere it's a wonder they got the migration to work. I've been in data processing for decades and getting ready to retire. IBM would NEVER have bad documentation!?!? ha ha ha
----------------------------------------Good luck to the guys Krembil for the task ahead. My threadripper is starting to get more work and crunching away. Thanks for all the hard work. ![]() |
