Seems like I've been banned because no matter what I do I keep being told there's no work available. I have followed the instructions as stated at least 40 times. Very disappointed.I've received no correspondence as to how the error will be fixed.

You haven't been banned; it's just that the system isn't fully operational yet. There are test work units being sent out, but if you don't get any, that's not a sign of a problem on your end. See: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,44151

No Work really does mean NO Work.
If you had been banned you would saw a whole other message. Please read through the forums in the future to check for your issue first. Thank you. |
