No, the transition to Krembil has not happened yet. Only a new website, developed by the IBM team. WCG and the site, is still run by the same IBM team.

Now there's a name I haven't seen in a long time.

The actual transition is still going to take months until WCG is fully handed over to Krembil. I've been at this a long time and with GRID.ORG for 6 years before that. I hate the new layout. It looks cheap and it's anything but user friendly. At first I though maybe it was just Edge (being the crappy browser that it is but it's the same mess on Chrome so I guess it's just a poor design all around.
----------------------------------------I can only hope someone at Krembil wakes up and realizes they need to find a better designer.
