Device Missing

Hope this is in the correct forum. If not please move it.

I logged into the new site today for the first time and when I look at my devices one of them is missing. How do I get it added to my profile without losing the contributions for the past 2 years?

Thanks for responding.

Interesting. I changed the list to display anytime (all devices) and it shows up.

It has been running and returning results but why does it say it hasn't returned results in a year and a half. The device runs 24 x 7 x 365 so where are the credits going?

If you check the result status page, do you see the BOINC01 device returning results under that name?

Please go to the BOINC manager, advanced view, projects tab, select world community grid and then click the "properties" button. Take a screen shot of the information that is displayed and then send that screen shot plus a link to this thread to support@worldcommunitygrid.org and we can help you understand what is going on.

BOINC01 at one time was running WCG but is now running Rosetta@home exclusively.
