As it is, it appears that the filters are now being remembered as parameters in the URL (the same way the old site did it!) - that, unfortunately for some of your examples above, means that the previous filter parameters will be unavailable in certain circumstances. Al, what is nice with forums is that comments from one can inspire others. ![]() After reading you I saved the URL corresponding to my favorite filtering of the result page and I replaced it in my Result Page bookmark and that did it. Now when I use this bookmark I directly get only completed results, up to 1000 per page, and I only have to sort them as I wish, since the sort order is not saved. But this is not much of a problem since the header line is visible in the first screen. And for Kevin, thank you for having made two distinct columns of time due and return time. |

Why you showing for finished WUs on WORKUNIT detailed pages in column Time due/ Return time result for Time due if you have it back ? I expect in that cases Return time.
I see this problem for all WUs under "Pending Validation", "Pending Verification" or "Valid" statuses. |

After da few Days gone now, i would still like to be able to jump directly to the "my project contribution" section. Is there any way to program anchors that we could attach to the URL?
----------------------------------------For example, after loging in we land here: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview If there were anchors coded, we could for e.g. use these URLs: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#overview https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#mycontribution https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#myactivity https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#myactivityovertime https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#myprojectcontribution https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#myteamhistory https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#sharing https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/overview#createwidget One could use any of the above URLs as a bookmark to meet their wishes. Just a suggestion. (and yes, the Website is still far too white for me ;) ) ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by aendgraend at Sep 30, 2021 6:30:08 PM] |

I see this problem for all WUs under "Pending Validation", "Pending Verification" or "Valid" statuses. TRANSLATION: Problem. On the Results Status pages there are two columns now: "Time due" and "Return time", but on the Workunit Status pages (https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/contribution/workunit/*) you have only one column: "Time due / Return time", and that is always showing the value for 'Time due', even if the task has been returned. Could somebody please fix this? (If the task has been returned, the Return Time should be shown, not Time Due, like it always did.) (Personally, I don't mind if you restore the old "Time due / Return time" method in the Results Status *and* fix the problem where it is always showing the value for 'Time due' now, even if the task has been returned.) |

Please bring back the old colour-coded badges!

It seems to have been repaired now: Result name Status Sent time Due / Return time CPUtime/Elapsed Claimed/Granted Result name OS type Status Sent time Due / Return time CPUtime/Elapsed Claimed/G. Result name Status Sent time Due / Return time CPUtime/Elapsed Claimed/Granted |

First impressions. While some revision for mobile access is good, the site is overall bland, and some things aren't intuitive or where you would expect them to be. It's not enticing to attracting a new member.
----------------------------------------The new badges are truly horrendous. I wish this was one item that would simply be returned to the originals. There was really no reason to change these. The excessive white space isn't easy on the eyes, the forum link location isn't well placed, and finding your individual ranking is now difficult. ![]() “Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. The individual rankings are under Community>Members>Multiple Member Comparisons. Once you have entered a login it will remember it. You just have to click on the box and then on your login. Mike |

WCG needs to attract and retain members, and I dont think the new setup is step forward in that respect. Just my two cents worth. ![]() |
