"3/4 A couple of days ago we also passed another milestone: the GPU results surpassed those obtained by CPUs, even though we included new AutoDock-GPU code only recently. This means that a couple of weeks of GPU computing were worth almost a year of CPU computing!"

Maybe this has been posted before, but the original experiment was 50,000 batches long. Do we know how the newest work differs from the older work?
