device profile problems

I updated my device profile on the web site, but on my system the device profile hasn't changed. Anything I have to do manually to change it? Please leave me an email response, not a posted one.

Re: device profile problems

To help others with a similar concern, I am posting to this thread.

Updates to the system are not made until there is a syncronization with the client and the server. This takes place with the submission of a work unit or any time a sync is triggered (bad data, etc.). You will not see changes in your client until this takes place.
