Hello, If I joined a team that has no members beside me, is there a way to take over administration for that team? In other boinc projects you can initiate a takeover. But here I cannot find anything like that.

I'm in a team without captain too, and on team's page I see a link "Become a captain" (did not try it, though). How does it look in your case?
