I had this today from around 16:15 UTC on the Recent Threads page and the main forum page when I tried that. Not sure how long it lasted but many minutes at least.
----------------------------------------Update: had some connection issues so re-booted router, was able to reach forum and typed most of this before re-boot. Paul.
