Thanks for the warning. I usually do not have any cache at all (one WU returned, one new asked for). Now I will up the cache to 36 hours.

After a long outage without contact with the servers we will have a lot of work units to upload and report. If BOINC has too many work units as 'ready to report', it sometimes has problems reporting them in one interaction with the server.
It is possible to break the large number of work units reporting into smaller chunks using cc_config.xml: <max_tasks_reported>N</max_tasks_reported> Report at most N tasks per scheduler RPC. Try N=1000 if your computer has lots of tasks to report and is having trouble completing a scheduler RPC. I have set N=50. |

Good someone read the details... you don't have to do anything (but if you want your computers to not idle, better get a good size cache, plus a good size to cover
the choking when things go back online. You won't get anything new unless the still to upload is like less than 2 times the crunching threads.) |

Just checked logs and since about 12:30 UTC getting:
