Is it just me or is there a problem with downloading tasks right now?

I looked just now and saw, yes, hung download for all 4 parts of 1 task that was assigned about 1.5 hours ago. A retry all does nothing, all back to download pending.

Now it seems to be working again. Your mileage my vary.

The one that hung cleared. In 45 minutes the next task finishes and replacement will be requested, so can't tell if things are intermittent or whatever.

We are experiencing a abnormally high number of concurrent downloads (about 5 times the normal number) and some requests for downloads were blocked due to limits put on the max number of concurrent downloads in progress.
----------------------------------------We have lifted the limit by 50% and it looks like this is allowing everyone to download successfully.
