Suddenly cannot upload or download anything to the server, in log it shows "503 Service Unavailable"(http_debug ticked on, same situation with working proxy server set so probably not a network issue). Wondering if theres something wrong with the web server that feed projects/accept upload?

Directly visiting https://upload.worldcommunitygrid.org/ returned the same HTTP Status code 503
