Was there a glitch today with Boinc or WCG?

I come home and find that I have two WCG projects running in Boinc, well, it is WCG bonic, but nevertheless the platform. I have my machine set to run 95% CPU which is 15 WUs, it was only running 5 with 100s of WUs not running. I have a message that says"

"World Community Grid: Notice from BOINC
This project is using an old URL. When convenient, remove the project, then add http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/"

What is all this about? Did WCG suddenly change something today? And it keeps popping up now every few hours, I am worried the same thing is going to happen. I had to cancel all of my WUs, I uninstalled WCG Boinc and downloaded Boinc alone. Setting were still there.

I deleted one WCG project before I uninstalled it, only to find out the one I deleted was the one that was actually working, so it deleted all the projects without aborting them.

What the heck happened?

I find that my Andriod pad also stopped working! And my laptop is giving me the same messages but it is still running luckily. I had to uninstall and reinstall Boinc for Andriod as well. What's going on!?
