Arm neon optimization.

In the later ndk versions (ndk v18 and above, maybe before).
The arm is compile with neon optimization by default.
You say you support android 4.4 but not all devices that run android 4.4 are using neon optimization.

Not all ARMv7-based Android devices support Neon, but devices that do may benefit significantly from its support for scalar/vector instructions.


You can do it like einsteinathome:

Also if you already remove neon optimization by default you can easily support android 4.1 and above. boinc is support that android devices. (v4.7.53 and master).
