Possibly about 7 February. As there are reportedly 50,000 batches, this would represent 66% of the first target, once we have returned more over 33000s than there are under, incomplete. The interval is still double what it was and shows no signs of decreasing. The number of units being crunched has remained steady at just over 1 million per day. Based on the last 10 intervals my forecast for completion of the first target is adjusted to 3 June 2021, but based on the last 4 intervals it would be 27 July 2021. Expect something in between. Seems that we have established a new rate of advancement for this project, for now at least. There's also not been any Monthly Update for any project in January...unless it arrives within the coming hours of course. But, it being Sunday an all, I guess it won't.

The graph illustrates what I have been saying from my spreadsheet.
Until 25 October, the intervals, and therefor also the average intervals, had been slowly decreasing from 13 days initially to 10 days prior to the hiatus. After 27 October we had another steady period when the interval was around 5 days. Since 21 December the intervals have been approximately 10 days again. The number of results returned has been holding fairly steady for some time, so newbies can't account for all the disparity. I suspect that after the hiatus there were a significant number of rejects which are now decreasing, so more the batches are being crunched. July is my target for the end of the first target. Mike |
