Re: OPN - CoVid 19 Badge Recognition Thread

the end result on WCG is more computational power for scientists - which is what matters imo.

Re: OPN - CoVid 19 Badge Recognition Thread

Why do you need a badge...surely just helping with the research is enough? I couldn't give two hoots about a badge or how many results I have returned. I'm here to donate my computer resources to a worthy cause.

Twosheds you sure have been doing this for a long time. I wish I'd gotten smart way back then. Not sure why you missed out on all the infectious disease badges such as Dengue Fever that came after Human Proteome. Crunch on...

Re: OPN - CoVid 19 Badge Recognition Thread

Some of us have been at this a lot longer than th joined date. I started with the original Classic Seti (15000 units) and then United Devices until they packed up. But Twosheds has been at it a long time for those bronzes.

Badge is at first for fun smile
... and it is a great motivation.
Reaching a milestone is always a nice feeling of accomplishment.
It does not cost much but it is simply motivating cool
However, the most important point is to contribute as much and as faithful as possible.
