Hi
I recently had difficulty with the Windows 10 1909 upgrade & had to resort to a clean install. This assigned a new name to my device so I changed it back. I've been running World Community Grid (WCG) under the BOINC client for years, currently on 6 devices. My history (for all devices) still shows on WCG's Device Manager page but on my device both host & user stats look like a new device. I would like to know how to reconnect my device with its history.
