Can we get a mandatory check box asking the user if they consent to stats exporting during the sign-up process? I'm still running into a lot of users that didn't realize they had to dig through their settings to give consent. I think it would solve a lot of headaches for users if they were simply asked in that manner so that they knew they had to actively choose.

If you don't allow publication/export, you can't even pull your own data Result Status data from WCG directly through the API. Result Status data is not public to begin with.
