client_state is, indeed, 32. I'll change it to 64 and see what happens. Thanks for info.

Do NOT change client_state, that's a life file read from memory, literally the 'state'. Add the nscpu line to cc_config

I would still double check to see if hyperthreading is turned on. Changing the ncpus in config.xml to 64 will still start 64 tasks even if you don't have 64 virtual cores active.
