have checked all my settings...uninstalled and reinstalled...nada ..software is installed but will not run...???? quit running on 1/7/2020...any thoughts

ok..I'm an idiot....after taking a look at the event log it has been running...just not displaying the WCG screen saver when it runs.. I assumed that because I was not getting the screen saver that the pgm was not running...not sure why the screen saver went away ????but whatever ...its running that's the main thing
