I added a second computer yesterday, July 1st, and it was working at first. Now it is not processing any data. I can't even figute out how to access anything having to do with the new computer. The first computer is working fine and processing as normal. It is a windows 7 and had been running stedily for several years. The new computer is Windows 10. As I said, it worked right after it was added, now not doing any processing. I can not even click on the hidden icons "arrow" at the bottom of the page and it does not show up.
If I go to Settings - Device Manager it shows up. Is there a fix for this? Should I try to re-add the computer? Thanks for the help. Just so you know, I do not know how to used these forums. They are so packed with stuff, I can never find my way around. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. |
